ABOUT
Lori Brothers is professional speaker, wellness consultant, and educator who has been teaching healthy lifestyle concepts, and yoga-based therapies for more than 20 years. Lori has been a certified yoga therapist and certified yoga instructor since 1998. She has worked directly in clinical settings with cardiac patients, and others with health issues including diabetes, high blood pressure, pain, and anxiety. Lori is certified in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy ®, Integrative Yoga®, and Therapeutic Touch ® which is gentle hands-on healing modality.

THE MISSION
Lori Brothers specializes in promoting a Healthy Planet and Healthy Living through Wise Choice-Making. She delivers health education through Mindful Yoga and Meditation, Yoga Therapy, and Energy Therapy. Group classes and individual sessions are available in Chair, Beginner, Advancing, and Restorative yoga. Energy balancing sessions promote healing, and open new life possibilities.
MODALITIES FOR WELLNESS, RESTORATION & RECOVERY
This approach specializes in the restoration of body-mind and energy systems to create well-living:
- Mindful Yoga practice, speaks the language of the body, which is Sensation. Through stretch and movement, and developing the quality of breath, our bodies activate innate wisdom to recover, repair and rejuvenate
- Yoga Therapy takes a whole-body approach, assessing each person's overall health and working with whatever limitations are present. Active and passive therapy is facilitated, and often yoga practice "prescriptions" are assigned for home practice to assist in health and wellness goals
- Therapeutic Touch is a technique in alternative energy medicine that involves passing the hands over the body of the person being treated and that is held to induce relaxation, reduce pain, and promote healing
